
You Are Enough
Our worthiness is a given. It simply is. It's forever.
There is nothing we need to do, think, believe, feel or get that can make us any more or any less worthy than we already are, right now. We're always enough.
Emotions, however, change all the time.
Feelings are neither permanent, nor facts. They're often not even accurately responding to what is happening around us, or reflective to the Truth of who we are - which is always enough.
Emotions are the outcome of what we're thinking, believing or focusing on; either from the past, the present, or in the future. Our confidence for example can increase or decrease depending on what we think, believe, feel or do.
Suffering (separation from our innate worthiness) happens when we we buy into the noise in our head, cemented past conditioning, false beliefs or imagined fears of our future, then mistake them as facts or truths about who we are - and what we can do.
Pain is different. Pain is a teacher. It is something to examine, not push away or stuff down. Because when we look at it, instead of avoid it, pain can provide us with powerful feedback to grow, flourish and become more of who we are meant to be.
Kobe Bryant once said, "Pain doesn't tell you when you ought to stop. Pain is the little voice in your head that tries to hold you back because it knows if you continue you will change".
Breathe in and breathe out. Be still and know you are Source. You are what you seek. Get quiet and simply remember (or repeat) you already have within you everything you need to create, flourish and truly succeed.
You are enough.
