Over the years Joy has found the easiest and most effective way to get the results people desire is to integrate both transformational and practical work, so that's what she does.
Personally and professionally, Joy has spent the last 25 years immersed in her own personal and professional development while leading her own life and biz to greater success and heights. She’s studied with some of the best spiritual teachers, thought leaders and professionals in the fields of yoga psychology/therapy, positive psychology and spirituality - such as Marianne Williamson, Christopher Wallis, Ram Das, Deepak Chopra and Harvard Professor Tal Ben-Shahar.
Joy has been inspiring individuals, groups, and readers for almost two decades, sharing the science behind happiness, fulfillment, and joy, as well as key success principles, mindset strategies, and spiritual messages to transform lives from merely surviving to thriving, from enduring to enjoying, and from struggling to succeeding.
Appreciating her whole-person approach, Joy's coaching clients naturally relate to her down-to- earth and heart-centered style. She is known for her ability to deliver transformational information in easy-to-implement ways so that her clients can move beyond information overload and experience tangible results that make a real difference in their lives.
Both her coaching practice, and engaging speaking style, uniquely blends modern research from the study of optimal human flourishing, success strategies, and neuroscience with life-empowering practices from mindfulness, spirituality, and yoga psychology.
In addition to coaching clients privately, Joy has also created several courses and programs. Click here to apply to work with Joy as a private client.
